Flat labor rate + parts if needed per unit (one hour minimum charge) We charge a flat labor rate per unit that is predetermined depending on location, type of printer, volume discounts, and applicable promotions. This labor rate is typically used to help eliminate any hidden costs. In the unlikely event a return trip is necessary, or for those complex repairs that require multiple hours, the client will not incur any additional costs for labor. |
| All Inclusive Annual Maintenance Contract |
| LaserZone offers same day Annual Maintenance Agreements for one up front charge. This charge includes all labor, parts, travel and bi-annual multi-point cleanings. Service Agreements were designed for customers who want regular preventive maintenance service and quick response for their laser printers. |
| Warranty Policy |
| LIMITED WARRANTY: Should any problem we came to fix reoccur within 30 days or 10,000 pages of the original call (whichever comes first) we will return at no charge to fix it. Parts not included. Parts we installed that failed to fix the problem will be removed on the return visit and charges for them will be reversed. IMPORTANT: Please note that in rare cases multiple parts may be required to fix a single problem. |
